This is the Privacy Policy of Synoomy (“Synoomy”, “service”, “app”, or “we”). Please read on to learn more about our data handling practices. Information We Collect

When you install the Synoomy on your device and register, some information about you may be collected. This collection may occur at different times, and for different purposes as explained below.

Email Address

This is required for the registration and login actions. Also emails are used for requesting a new password when the password is forgot. Also email address information is not public on the app and does not be showed. We absolutely do not share the email addresses anybody.

IP Address

We store your IP address as temporary. This is used for only security of the account and service. We absolutely do not share the IP addresses anybody.

Public Profile Data and Informations

These are the user name, birth date, country, languages, gender, profile description (optional) and profile picture (optional). These are public data and informations and they show in the app. You do not have to provide the optional informations to use the app.

Storage Permission

Storage permission is required
     while user is choosing a profile photo from a gallery app,
     while user is choosing a share photo from a gallery app,
     while user is choosing a message photo from a gallery app,
     while user is taking a profile photo by using camera,
     while user is taking a share photo by using camera,
     while user is taking a message photo by using camera,
     while user is recording or playing a voice.

Camera Permission

Camera permission is required
     while user is taking a profile photo by using camera,
     while user is taking a share photo by using camera,
     while user is taking a message photo by using camera.

If user do not use the camera, user do not have to allow this. Camera usage is optional.

Microphone Permission

This is required for the voice recording while the user creating a sharing. But this is optional. If user do not record and share voice, user do not have to allow this.

Text, Photos, Voices and Other Data

The Service allows you to share text messages, photos, voices with other users, and if you choose to share your text messages, photos, voices, such items will be stored on our servers in accordance.

We can review them because of a complaint or without any reason. We do this to improve quality and safety of the service.

Conversations & Messages

Conversations and messages are private between two user. They are not public data and we do not share them to anybody.

Solely, when a user that participant of a conversation complain the conversation, we will review the conversation content for reviewing the complaint.

Error Reporting

We also collect error-reporting information if the Service crashes or hangs up so that we can investigate the error and improve the stability of the Service for future releases. In general these reports do not contain personally identifiable information. As part of these error reports, we receive information about the type and version of your device, the device identifier, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the application when the error occurred. We do not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and remedying the error.

Advertising & Ad Networks

Ad network companies (their third party SDKs) may be access some informations such as device identifiers, advertising ids. They do this to provide the ads user can interest and to improve the advertising quality.

Security

Protecting user privacy and personally identifiable information is a top priority for Synoomy. We make substantial efforts to ensure the privacy and security of all personally identifiable information you provide to us. Access to all personally identifiable information is restricted to those individuals who need to know that information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support or improve the Service. Synoomy uses password protection, access logs, and system monitoring to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all member information.

However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet and related technology, we do not guarantee the protection of information under our control or in transit against loss, misuse, or alteration.

Age

The Service is not directed to people under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from people under the age of thirteen as part of the Service.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen as part of the Service, we will delete such information from our records.

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this Privacy Policy.

You may review updates to our Privacy Policy at any time on the app or website. You agree to accept electronic communications and/or postings of a revised Privacy Policy on the Synoomy app or website, and you agree that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice to you of the Privacy Policy.
